GREAT UPPER THIGH, HIP AND LOWER AB EXERCISE

1. ADJUST HANDLE SUPPORT TUBE INWARE
2.ADJUST FOOTPLATE INWARD
3. ADJUST MOTION ARM TO LOW POSITION
4. FLIP TENSION ARM FORWARD
5. AFFIX TENSION WEIGHTS TO BASE
6. PIN HANDLE IN SIDE MOUNT (pad down)
7. LAY ON BACK NEXT TO EXERCISER (head forward)
8. PLACE INNER LEG BENEATH PAD AND LIFT UP

You may use this exercise to concentrate on your lower abs, thighs and hips.
