1. ADJUST MOTION ARM TO HIGH POSITION
2. AFFIX RUBBER TENSION WEIGHTS TO THE FRONT
3. ADJUST HANDLE SUPPORT TUBE (to achieve desired angle)
4. PIN HANDLE ON IN ANGLED MOUNT TO THE SIDE (you may also put it in the angled mount with the handles to the front)
5. ADJUST THE FOOTPLATE OUTWARD (to achieve desired angle)
6. STAND ON FOOTPLATE FACING SIDEWAYS
7. GRASP HANDLE WITH INSIDE ARM AND CROSS THE INNER LEG OVER THE OUTER LEG
8. LIFT ARM UP ALLOWING STRAIGHT BODY TO LEAN TO THE SIDE AND RETURN
9. FINALIZE WITH A STANDING SIDE CRUNCH BY CURVING UPPER BACK TO THE SIDE
