RETURN POLICY

Authorized Returns Are Approved For Up To 30 Days After Receipt Of Product. The Product Must Be Shipped To The Return Center Within 5 Working Days After An Approval Is Given. Call 800-706-5814 Obtain Return Address and An Approval Code. Shipping Charges Are Not Refundable. To Return An Unwanted Product: Call For A Return Authorization Number, Repack The Undamaged Product In Its Original Packaging And Secure It By Taping It Closed. You Must Ship It Back To Us At Your Own Expense. The Return Authorization Number Must Be On The Label Or It Will Not Be Accepted And No Credit Will Be Issued. Items That Are Damaged By Faulty Return Packaging May Be Charged An 20% Additional Restocking Fee.
Orders That Are Rejected And Turned Around By The Customer Are Charged 25% Of The Total Bill. An Order May Be Canceled Before It Ships For A Full Refund Otherwise a 20 % Restocking wWill Be Accessed.

Freight Charges On Larger Orders Are Estimated And Are Negotiable. Orders With Freight Calculations That Are Too Low May Be Refused When The Customer Does Not Agree To Cover The Cost.
