Important Note:
The Poster, Instructional and Circuit Training DVD were produced in 2004 and we now realize that you may do the Reversed Angled Squats with the handle in most common position (view the Reversed Angled Squat video by clicking the link at the bottom of this page). Try the squats with the motion arm low and the handle in the same position that you do the Abdominal Lean exercise. You're going to like the controlled angled movement.
