View The Lean Abs Instructional To Become Familiar With The Exerciser Before You Attempt To Exercise On It.

Do Not Let Children Play With Or Around Exercise Equipment.

Keep Hands, Children And Pets Away From Moving Parts While The Exerciser Is In Use.

Do Not Sit, Stand or Hang on the Motion Arm.

Do Not Adjust The Footplate Out Further Than The Last Adjustment Hole And The Max Adjustment Warning (the machine may separate during use causing a fall).

Always Stand With Both Feet On The Footplate During Leaning Exercises.

When Doing Exercises That Require Standing To The Side One Foot Should On The Footplate To Steady The Exerciser And To Keep It From Moving.

Do Not Release The Motion Arm During An Exercise (the motion arm could fall or catapult)

Always Inspect The Exerciser And Moving Parts For Wear Before Each Use And Replace Worn Or Broken Parts Before You Use It.

Inspect Rubber Tension Weights And Replace If Splits Or Cracks Appear.

Do Not Do Standing Lean Exercises With The Rubber Tension Weights Connected To The Base Frame And The Flip-able Tension Arm Up (forward) To Avoid Overstretching Rubber Tension Weights.

Some Balance Ability Is Required During Leaning Exercises. A User Must Have Some Balance Ability To Avoid Tipping To The Side.

Never Use This Exercise Machine In A Way Other Than It Was Designed For.
